Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I help my clients feel in charge of their journeys by connecting with them and supporting them through hardship. While I believe strongly that you should be empowered to select your treatment plan, I provide a clinical perspective and outside opinion. I offer support and aim to help you see your value. I am not afraid to try unconventional methods and am always willing to adjust my approach to meet your needs.
I treat clients ages 15 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, peer relationships, intimate relationship issues, self-esteem problems, stress, divorce, dual diagnoses, infidelity, men's issues, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, impulse and control disorders, mood disorders, and addiction. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered care, and a strengths-based approach.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective care.
