As a therapist, I am responsible for providing my clients with an environment that feels safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. I know that it can often feel overwhelming to know where to start when you decide to see a therapist. What you are dealing with today, in the present, can be the best place to start. My job is to help you sort through your thoughts and feelings and come up with a path that feels right for you. I believe that we are all unique and different in our own ways and that there is not a "one size fits all" approach to therapy.
I treat clients with a depression and anxiety. I also specialize in treating women with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADS). I previously held positions in reproductive psychiatry at Bellevue Hospital and at The Motherhood Center NYC.
