Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I have worked with diverse populations dealing with a wide range of mental illnesses. I have worked with clients of all ages, but my focus is mainly on adults. One of my favorite approaches when treating my clients is developing effectiveness and positive skills. I believe that a positive perspective can make a big difference in your ability to live your best life. Working with me, you can expect respect, kindness, and sincerity.
I treat a range of concerns and incorporate a variety of evidence-based techniques to create positive changes. I believe in a holistic approach because our minds and bodies are intertwined and must be treated as a whole. I aim to treat you as an individual with unique needs. I am very cognizant of not letting my values, morals, or beliefs influence how I practice.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York, and a Bachelor's degree from York College, City University of New York.
