What should a new client know about working with you?

With ten years of experience supporting people in high-stress fields—law enforcement, legal, health care, as well as families and individuals affected by incarceration—I provide a grounded, nonjudgmental environment. My calm, empathetic presence helps guide clients through stress, trauma, and life transitions of all kinds, from minor to significant. I combine person-centered, trauma-informed care with an understanding of the systemic and personal challenges my clients face. My goal is to empower you to feel more in control of your life, on your own terms, and with a greater sense of agency and confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy doesn't have to feel like a doctor's appointment - it can feel like talking to a friend! That's where I come in - to meet you where you are at, near literally! Need a companion to get you through that long commute? Want to take a walk to vent it all out, but have no one to talk to? I will "meet" you there. My approach to therapy is one where you guide the relationship, based on creating space for you to grow, heal, and/or explore yourself in a safe, judgment-free space dedicated to you.
