OH
Hello, my name is Rhonda Farley, and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) providing services statewide in Ohio via telehealth. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, life transitions, and self-esteem. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Client-Centered Approach to help my clients progress and feel better. My approach My therapy approach is tailored to each client’s needs. I often combine a Client-Centered Approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working toward specific client-identified goals. This approach is based on the idea that each person is unique and capable of finding their own solutions. Together, we identify and change thought and behavior patterns that may block desired outcomes. My focus My style suits individuals who are neurodivergent and navigating social situations or life transitions. These challenges often manifest as anxiety, depression, or stress and can feel overwhelming. I help clients understand confusing social dynamics, manage transitions, and build skills to increase confidence and develop a more positive outlook. My communication style I want clients to feel comfortable and understood, and I pride myself on creating this environment. I ensure clients never feel judged or unable to share their true thoughts and feelings. My communication style is warm, accommodating, laid back, and personable. I enjoy exploring clients’ interests and incorporating them into our therapeutic work together.
