Hello; my name is Cassandra and I have been providing therapy since 2013. I have worked with children; teens; families; and adults addressing both mild/moderate and severe mental health issues (depression; anxiety; PTSD; parent/child relationships; child behavioral issues; bipolar and schizophrenia spectrum disorders). Additionally; I have worked with a very diverse clientele population. My therapeutic approach is client centered and includes genuineness; warmth; respect; cognitive behavioral therapy; and a systems-based approach.
