I graduated from Brescia University with a BSW in 2016 and an MSW in 2019. My approach to therapy centers on a holistic perspective that addresses an individual’s mind, body, and spirit. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a client-based approach, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction I assist with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and many other obstacles that you may encounter.
