My passion is psychological healing and growth. I believe everyone has the innate potential to live full, satisfying and self-actualizing lives with hope, joy, and meaning. I wish to facilitate change and growth in an open, safe, non-judgmental atmosphere wherein compassion and authenticity will provide the necessary impetus for growth and a sense of wholeness.
I operate primarily from an integrative approach, encompassing multiple therapeutic approaches and drawing on various techniques and interventions, as needed. I, however, gain my principal inspiration from Solution Focused and Humanistic modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy.
My professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, as individuals as well as with couples, and families. I have worked extensively with perceived, common problems to more severe and co-morbid issues ranging from anxiety and depression to personality & mood disorders. So no matter how small you believe the presenting issue is—be it a relationship, self-esteem, personal growth and self-development, career, or family conflict—you have come to the right place.
