My name is Charles Rothera, and I am a licensed clinical social worker (PA & DE) and a certified alcohol and drug counselor. I have worked in the human services field for almost 20 years; a therapist for 13. Much of that work was inpatient but I also have experience working in outpatient settings as well. I am currently the clinical director of a small behavioral health group therapy program. I am also a member of Chester County’s mental health and intellectual disabilities advisory board as well as a board member of the local chapter of the National Alliance on Metal Illness (NAMI). I love sharing my knowledge with other professionals and participate in supervision with new therapists and I consult with organizations to help them positively impact the behavioral health community.
My primary specialties are substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship and men’s issues.
Why Time for You Counseling?
My grandparents owned a restaurant by the same name many years ago. Using this name lets me honor them and the great memories we had together. The font is even same one they used. I think it is a perfect fit for the name of a therapy practice because each session is a time just for you.
