She believes in equipping clients with practical tools to navigate these transitions while addressing the emotional, relational, and psychological challenges that often accompany them. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family therapy, and parenting skills interventions. Cheryl works closely with families navigating parenting challenges and provides inclusive care for individuals with developmental disabilities and those connected to adoption and foster care systems. Additionally, she is experienced in addressing women's mental health needs, including challenges related to identity, relationships, and caregiving roles. Outside of her clinical work, Cheryl enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending quality time with her family's activities that reflect her appreciation for balance, nature, and meaningful personal connections.
