Having the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and specializing in areas of challenging life transitions, Anxiety, OCD work, and stress management. Developing specific therapeutic practices toward a client’s needs is how I approach sessions to ensure that a client gets the most out of their time spent in therapy.
I desire to highlight the core aspects of counseling by having clients feel supported and valued during their sessions. I often utilize therapy approaches like Person-Centered, Strengths-Based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy since these approaches can demonstrate a client's potential, strength, and resilience.
