Dr. Moe Seplowitz, PsyD

Psychologist
222 NY-59, Ste 201, Suffern, NY
I am the clinical site director of Center for Anxiety's Rockland County office. Experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or traumatic memories can feel overwhelming and exhausting, leaving you stuck in patterns of avoidance or feeling like nothing will ever change. It may feel difficult to imagine things being different, but small steps can lead to meaningful progress. My approach is all about breaking down those overwhelming thoughts and feelings into manageable steps, helping you regain confidence and control over your life. I use evidence-based techniques like CBT and exposure therapy. CBT helps us explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected so we can untangle unhelpful beliefs and patterns that let anxiety get in your way. Exposure therapy is about safely and gradually confronting fears, allowing you to build resilience and experience real progress. Therapy isn’t just about tackling fears—it’s about moving toward what truly matters to you. That’s why I incorporate values-based work to ensure our goals align with what’s most important in your life. My goal is to make therapy a partnership where you feel empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
