She offers very very helping feedback and helps me create plans for my mental health. She puts a lot of care and work into her patients and I could not recommend her enough. She’s helped me more in six months than my last therapist did in one year. She is amazing and very sweet.

I'm Chloe Ragusa, an LCSW based in SoCal with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. I am an eclectic therapist who draws from many different schools of thought to provide care tailored to each client's unique needs. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and am proud to be part of it.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach to therapy because each person is a unique and complex blend of emotions and experiences. I believe the techniques I use should be fitted to the individual rather than taking a "one size fits all" approach. I like to let my client set the tone and weave technique into our sessions so that the focus remains on the person, not the treatment type. That being said, if you have a preferred approach, let me know!
My focus
I have a wide breadth of experience, ranging from children and families to acute mental health. I am passionate about working within my LGBTQIA+ community and hope to provide the support and safety we all deserve as we navigate toward a happy, healthy life. I offer trauma-informed, sex-positive, and kink-friendly perspectives because therapy should always be judgment-free.
My communication style
Therapy should feel like a relief, not a chore. I strive to create a safe, comfortable environment where my clients can be themselves because I believe a person cannot improve if they are not accepted for who they are. My communication style is casual but always respectful and open to honest client feedback.
My goals for you
People come to therapy with a goal or a problem to solve. I focus on the issue my client feels is most important and gently guide toward other factors that might be contributing to the presenting problem. At the end of the day, your therapy should be about what is meaningful to you.
