Having an excellent therapist to help.
good follow up, easy website
When I first reached out for help, although my therapist Chris wasn't able to see me, because of paperwork, he took the time to talk to me when I was in a very dark and rough space.
My therapist was kind and easy to talk to.
Excellant service
We were able to get on the schedule as a new client quickly and easily, and the first session with my son went well. He enjoyed talking to his therapist
good initial interaction with the therapist
Chris is a great blend of compassionate and candid. He seems to take achieving outcomes with his patients very seriously. He is open to communications from parents - which my son's former therapist was not. Chris also does a blend of individual therapy with just my son and periodical family therapy. He recommended an IOP for my son this summer, which was hugely helpful and my son made a lot of progress. In addition, having medication management at LOA is also helpful.
You made an effort to find scheduling opportunities for us and we feel that our daughter's therapist is hearing her and helping her come to a resolution.
easy to work with and helpful
My son is reacting well to his therapist.
