I feel heard and understood with Christina. I feel like she is on my side has my best interest in mind as she provides good listening and validation. I prefer therapeutic styles she uses they work for me. I enjoy her feed back and how she encourages me to utilize skills within me.

Life provides happiness as well as its share of challenges. I believe people are capable of navigating life, but sometimes need a little extra help and compassion. Therapy can be that place where a person can discuss, learn and work through any past or present challenges that may be getting in the way of living a happy and hopeful life. I have nearly 11 years of experience working with diverse populations with a multitude of different challenges; some of which include substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and autism and other developmental disorders. Taking care of one’s emotional and mental health needs are important. My style is one of compassion, mindfulness, and collaboration throughout a journey of healing.
