Hi, I’m Christina! I’m a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Pre-Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have a passion for helping people rediscover who they are and step into the best version of themselves. I see clients via telehealth to make sure that you have the opportunity to access transformational care in Minnesota from anywhere!

My approach is direct, supportive, and infused with humor—because growth doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
I believe therapy is about self-discovery, building resilience, and transforming your relationships from the inside out.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me traveling with my husband and daughters, trying out new restaurants, or binge-watching reality TV on a Friday night.
