After graduation, my internship site offered me a position in a partial hospitalization setting where I completed the necessary experience and supervision to attain my license. In that setting, I worked with a diverse presentation of mental health issues, ranging from depression and anxiety to personality disorders and trauma, many times co-occurring with addictions. I have had my own private practice for the last four years, where I treat depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. My therapeutic approach is holistic. For the mind, I use various therapies, including CBT and Compassion Focused Therapy, to reveal and challenge limiting thought patterns. For the body, I bring in modalities that increase our awareness and relaxation. For the spirit, we will find Self in the present moment, where we can practice letting go and expanding consciousness.
