Clients often come to me seeking help with emotional regulation, self esteem, communication skills, and managing burnout, especially those juggling demanding careers, family roles, and personal healing. Together, we’ll identify patterns holding you back and develop tools to create real, lasting change.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed and culturally attuned. As a therapist of Jamaican and Puerto Rican descent, I'm deeply committed to supporting Black and Brown communities navigating intergenerational trauma, relationship challenges, or the weight of being "the strong one". When you're ready, I'm here to support your journey to clarity and peace.
