My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in collaboration, we’ll work together to understand and shift the patterns that may be holding you back, drawing from your emotions, perceptions, and strengths.
With advanced training in adult ADHD and experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, sleep issues, and grief, I tailor care to each person’s needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
