I specialize in working with complex trauma, attachment trauma or codependency, chronic stress, anxiety, and depression. My goal is for clients to feel safe and secure in our journey toward becoming their own experts of themselves. I use a unique, holistic approach involving the body and specific areas of the brain that hold unconscious beliefs. Drawing on evidence-based research, I employ modalities designed to update outdated beliefs that keep us stuck.
