I've been working w/Chris for the past 2 years. Her holistic approach has made each session meaningful peeling the layers to the root of the issues. She challenges me in an intelligent, tranquil manner. Best therapist I've had in my 14 years of living in NYC.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and the LGBTQ community.
Our work together will offer you space and create the awareness you need to find yourself again. Within a relational and co-created space, I offer my clients support free of judgement through a focus on how the mind and the body are connected.
My role isn't to "fix you" as I believe that no one is broken. My goal is to meet you where you are and bear witness to your process to understanding who YOU are. I have tremendous gratitude for the trust and vulnerability each client gifts to me.

She is a calm person and very easy to talk to. She gives great advice if your anxious or troubled. It's great visiting her everyday because it feels like I'm destressing from my stressful life.
