My approach is strength based; and starts with creating a safe and comfortable space. I work to empower clients to meet their goals in order to be successful in all aspects of their lives. I have clinical experience working with clients seeking therapy for anxiety; depression; trauma; and life adjustments. I use evidenced based treatments including EMDR; cognitive behavioral therapy; and dialectical behavior therapy skills.
