Hello! My name is Christie and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. Inviting someone into your most personal space can be scary, but I am here to help you create the life that you want. My approach to therapy includes a nonjudgmental, Person-Centered approach, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused modalities, however, I will tailor my approach to your individual needs. Much of my experience includes trauma work related to sexual assault, domestic violence, grief and loss, and adverse childhood experiences. My goal is to create a safe space for you to tackle the things that are weighing on you, and help you find the solutions to your concerns. Once therapeutic goals are defined, I will help you identify and build upon your inner strengths so that you can become the happiest, healthiest version of you!
