Mr. Cosgrove remarked "you and your mother do not love each other," during introductions to cover family history. I corrected him by stating that is not true and incredibly hurtful. I asked for an apology, and he refused! Therefore, I called him an "arrogant prick" to the entire office because that is exactly what his true colors constitute.
