Chris is a great therapist - he is very empathetic, but also gets to the point and is super good keeping you focused on the bigger picture/main goal. Never have had a therapist keep me accountable or keep and discuss the metrics of my progress. His approach is not for everyone, as some people prefer to have a place to vent. But if you want to commit to and see change, he is someone I highly recommend.
