I understand the lasting effects that trauma can have on an individual. In therapy, I use a trauma-informed approach that addresses underlying issues to help clients heal and cope when distressing thoughts about the trauma come up so they can better handle everyday life stress. Treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, career and academic related stress, problematic anger, sleep issues and relationship issues including narcissistic abuse are some of my specialties. . I also have experience treating those with ADHD and clients who are on the Autism Spectrum. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally who is experienced working with this demographic. I treat ages 11+.
