Are you feeling down, unmotivated, anxious, or having difficulties in your interpersonal relationships? You may not know exactly what is going on with you but do not want to continue down the same path.
I am a therapist who understands the daily struggles a person can experience. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and goal-oriented; I utilize EMDR, CBT, and SFBT to help you achieve your goals. This means I help you explore how the past can affect our present and how you can heal and grow in all areas of your life. I am compassionate, warm, and flexible.
My past work experience includes 12 years of outpatient therapy in community mental health and private practice with adults, adolescents, and children. I also have experience in administrative roles within nonprofit organizations. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and my education continues as I am always learning about evidence-based approaches for treatment.

Most relevant
The Telehealth visit was ok. However she determined that I needed another type of therapist. She said she’d recommend someone which she did. She also said she’d see me again while I found someone else which she didn’t. I saw that she canceled our subsequent appointment. The office she referred me to I’m unable to attend because of distance. I would have preferred we met at least until I found another therapist.
