I had never gone to therapy before but the visit eased my anxiety. I felt very heard and understood and supported. Inner Life was a great decision and I'm very glad I went. I would recommend this practice to others and I have told my friends who were looking for a therapist about it.

Welcome to Inner Life! Once you schedule an appointment, you can expect a call from one of our intake coordinators prior to confirming your appointments. We want to make sure you are looking for the type of treatment we provide and know ahead of time what your insurance benefits are for therapy. Dr. Napleton is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Inner Life Psychological Services. Our work includes getting to the root of what is going on. What patterns are being repeated? What is causing distress? How can we understand the feelings behind the behaviors? With children and adolescents, she specializes in aggressive behaviors, anxiety, depression and self-esteem. For adult clients, she specializes in struggles with aggression, anxiety, and relationships. How do old relationships impact current relationships? Transitions and life changes are also a specialized focus of her work. We look forward to connecting with you.
