Life is a journey best told by the author. My story has been told under the titles of therapist, wife, mom, daughter, volunteer, and even Girl Scout leader. All these roles have given me life experiences that have helped craft a pretty amazing story.
I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Indiana and Ohio with 8 years of therapeutic work experience. My clinical expertise includes helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, foster care/adoption, and parenting issues.
