July 2022 I had rotator-cuff surgery on my right arm. I rehabilitated with Concentra.
July 2023 I had a fully torn bicep on my left arm x2. I rehabilitated with ProfessionalPT in Morristown with a hand specialist, Kara. During the second rehabilitation it became apparent my right arm was weaker than my left arm. I had seen a hard-working, committed P/T dedicated to her patients therapy. This P/T was promoted to the Florham Park ProfessionalPT location. Since I did not feel I was fully functional for my daily routine I scheduled an evaluation with Courtney Pepper. Courtney is the rare individual that loves her work. She is a former athlete who herself suffered an injury that resulted in therapy. Courtney continued her journey by pursuing an education in Kinesiology & Physical Therapy. She gets the big picture of the patients ailment, formulates a treatment plan and effectively translates that information to the patient. As communication is a part of the therapeutic process, Courtney gives you the feedback to produce the best results whilst you work on gaining the most effective development. She greets you with a positive, can do attitude that makes it a pleasure to be there. Courtney is a great addition to the Florham Park team. I wish her a successful career!

I graduated from Rutgers University with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May of 2022. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science from University of Delaware in December of 2018. I enjoy working with all age ranges and injury types as I have experience with enduring an injury myself while I was in high school. This gives me an unique empathy that helps with building rapport with patients. I also have been involved in the Physical Therapy field for 10 years before I was able to live out my dream as becoming a Physical Therapist.
