Hi! My name is Crystal Bradley, and I'm an LCSW licensed in New York State (license #079339). I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and have twenty years of experience providing mental health care in a community setting, including ten years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience supporting individuals experiencing symptoms of Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Schizophrenia, in addition to supporting clients experiencing life transitions, healing from trauma, and managing the illness of addiction. I utilize a trauma-informed lens and am passionate about helping others improve their quality of life. My approach I believe that emotional discomfort and pain are just as real as physical pain and can affect all areas of your life. I find joy in developing a trusting relationship with my clients in which they feel safe, heard, understood, cared for, and validated. This is the basis from which I support my clients in learning more about themselves, problem solving, exploring, healing, and growing. I feel comfortable utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, and work together as a team with my client to identify the most effective strategy to accomplish their personal goals. My focus I am most comfortable treating clients with diagnoses of Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, psychosis, and healing from trauma. I'm also passionate about supporting women who are managing life transitions. My communication style I am passionate about creating a safe and validating environment during the therapeutic relationship, in which my clients feel comfortable sharing honestly without fear of judgment or criticism.
