I have a strong background in the medical field working in a variety of environments supporting clients in behavioral health. I am trained in (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for PTSD and trauma treatment. I work with a client with a wide range of disruptions including trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, personality disorder, attachment and relationship issues. My therapy style is based off of a foundation of respect, creating a warm, compassionate, neutral and supportive space to explore concerns and challenges. I enjoy presenting my authentic sense of self and I encourage others to do the same - within their level of comfort. My approach is a combination of treatment modalities that include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, Humanistic, and narrative.
