Since the beginning of my social work career, I have been refining my skills and gaining valuable work experience in a variety of settings. I have extensive expertise in all areas of the lifespan and strive to provide tools that can be used long after therapy ends. I truly believe the work I do is a gift, and each day, I live by the motto, �We come to the world full, leave empty.� My approach My therapy style is warm and engaging, and I always strive to develop a therapeutic relationship that leaves the person feeling valued and heard. My primary approach is client-centered, which focuses on providing unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuine support. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic counseling. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and special needs. If you�re ready for a change, I stand ready to support you. My focus My ideal client is ready to truly see a change in their life. They are transparent and willing to work on strategies outside of the time spent with the therapist and strive for lifelong change. As the clinician, it is my job to point you in the right direction and provide you with tools to meet your goals. My communication style My top priority is to ensure that my clients feel heard in a non-judgmental, supportive environment.
