I offer a supportive, understanding space where clients can feel safe, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative and tailored to meet each client�s unique needs, helping them build confidence, resilience, and skills to face life�s challenges.
My focus
I typically work with clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, and learning disabilities, with a focus on emotional regulation. My expertise lies in supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those with intellectual and cognitive delays, genetic disorders, and anyone who struggles with societal norms. I�m most comfortable treating clients who feel out of place and need support in navigating their unique challenges.
My communication style
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to express themselves openly. My sessions are collaborative, allowing clients to lead at their own pace while I provide gentle guidance and practical tools. My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about human behavior and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Early in my career, working with families involved in CPS care opened my eyes to the profound effects of trauma, and it fueled my passion for supporting individuals through their toughest challenges.
