My interest in PT began during my senior year at Iona University. I was required to complete patient care hours as one of my courses and I started a job as a physical therapy aide with Professional PT in 2017. As an aide, I gained insight into the PT profession and was able to understand the responsibilities and duties of what it is to fulfill the role of a physical therapist. During my time as an aide, my passion grew for the field, and I applied for DPT school in 2020. My career as a PT began when I graduated in May 2023 from Messiah University. Physical therapy is a universal field that is taken from the clinic to everyday life. I strive to provide the best patient-care experience and treat patients as an individual, rather than an injury. I enjoy the time I spend with my patients and getting them back to enjoy the things they love.
