About Jake T Creagh

Jake earned his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition at the University of Scranton in 2018. He went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2021. Jake also completed an Orthopedic Residency program with Professional Physical Therapy/New York Institute of Technology (PPT-NYIT) in 2023. Jake is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). Along with treating, Jake works as a clinical mentor for current PPT-NYIT Residents as well as novice clinicians in our Clinical Excellence Department. His clinical interests include spinal pathologies (Cervical/Lumbar), Sports Medicine (Return to play, Overhead Athletes, Golfers, Runners, Swimmers), Post-Operative Care, Post-Concussion Syndrome, Vestibular/Balance Therapy, Movement Disorders, Pathologies to the upper/lower extremities. In his free time Jake enjoys cooking, golfing, running and going to the beach.
