I approach therapy through a mindful, narrative, and person-centered lens, with a focus on collaboration and equality in the therapeutic relationship. This means we’ll move through your healing process together, adjusting in ways that honor your unique path. I specialize in seeing BIPOC womxn and young adults, but I enjoy working with clients from all cultural backgrounds, genders, identities, and ages. Cultural sensitivity and social justice are important to me.
