I love working with people throughout their lifetime. I believe heavily in early intervention and as such love working with children and adolescents. I also believe it is important that adults have a safe space to come and process their emotions and life experiences. Some of my favorite approaches include CBT, Art based interventions, Play based interventions, and Solution focused work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help by creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and in control of your own healing. My style is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I meet you exactly where you are, and together we move at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for you. Sessions with me are person-centered, which means you run the show. You choose the focus of our work, the pace we move at, and the goals we pursue together. I’m here to provide support, evidence-based tools, and a safe space, but your voice and your autonomy are at the center of every session.
