Started seeing Daniela late March and have seen her every Monday ever since. She is fantastic. She is very thoughtful and professional. She also tailors treatment in a matter that is very effective for the patient. She has been able to help me see things in different ways which has helped tremendously during treatment. I am very thankful for her because she has helped me manage issues I've had for years. I am very thankful and happy to be her patient.

I started seeing Daniela for anxiety I was suffering from. Upon the first meeting I felt comfortable with her immediately and couldn't wait for my next appointment. I have learned so much in only a short amount of time and it has benefited me tremendously. I am so happy with my experience with Daniela that I look forward to our sessions. I would highly recommend Daniela to anyone because she is a great listener, patient, and has given me some wonderful strategies to use daily

Life isn’t always easy and too often it seems that our own situations are harder than others. This feeling can be exacerbated by the hustle and bustle that is New York City. However, with the right guidance, I have seen people make major changes, resolve issues, and substantially change their lives for the better. The first step is to reach out.
From my childhood, I’ve always had a passion to help others. Over the years, in addition to my life experience, I have equipped myself with the educational background and evidenced-based practices to make helping others my career and life mission. I believe in treating the person, not the problem, and that above all, we don’t need to do this alone.

Daniela is amazing! I feel like im talking to my best friend who happens to be a trained professional. I know she truly cares about my wellbeing and we are always working on tools to break free of my constant negative thinking. She has been a true ray of light in my time of need and i cant recommend her enough!
