What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a safe and supportive space to process and resolve past difficulties, current stressors, and anxieties about the future. I aim to help you learn more about yourself, including the unconscious parts of yourself currently outside of your awareness, in order to give you more agency in your daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families in private practice, community-based, and residential settings.
