More about Danielle Girouard, PT
Dr. Danielle Girouard graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy in 2015. While studying in Boston, Danielle worked closely with the Boston Ballet along with those suffering from orthopedic injuries. Since graduating, Danielle has worked in outpatient orthopedic settings, specializing not only in orthopedic injuries, but also dance medicine and golfers after completing her training through the Titleist Performance Institute.
She moved from NYC, where she worked as the director of an outpatient clinic, to Long Island in April of 2020.
Danielle uses a manual, hands-on approach to treating all injuries, and works closely with her patients to develop a plan of care specific to each patient. Danielle has a passion for learning and strives to educate her patients about their injuries as well as she can. She believes in a strong mind-body connection when it comes to healing.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family as a new mom, traveling to new cities, and getting in as many spin classes as possible.
