About James D. Harrison

I became a physical therapist after years of being an athlete who dealt with my own injuries. Growing up, I spent most of my time skateboarding, snowboarding, playing lacrosse, and weightlifting. My experiences in physical therapy not only helped me recover, but also sparked my interest in the science of movement and rehab. For the past 12 years, I’ve been passionate about golf, studying the biomechanics of the swing and how it relates to both performance and recovery. I am also deeply interested in the growing field of longevity and helping people stay active as they age. My goal is to guide patients to move well, recover fully, and continue participating in the activities they love—long into the future.
