I graduated from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Georgian Court University and I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Montclair State University. My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe space for clients of all ages to share and learn about their emotions.
I hope to help others gain confidence in themselves and explore who they are. I use a combination of CBT and DBT skills to help clients explore their emotions and find different coping skills that work best for them.
My ideal client would be a client who is motivated for change and is ready to set treatment goals. This client could have a broad range of needs, but what is most important is that they are willing to do the work needed to better themselves.
