Hello, my name is Marrium Guirguis, and I am here to support you wherever you are in your life.
Has life been overwhelming lately-or for a very long time? Are you experiencing rapid thoughts about past events and future possibilities, struggling to stay present in the here and now? Is it difficult to approach people in your life and feel validated when opening up? I can help you process those thoughts, fears, and emotions effectively and in a safe space.
I am here to listen openly, explore what's on your mind with you, and help you reach the goals you want to achieve. I am not here to judge or tell you what to do but to help you rediscover who you are and all you have to offer. I appreciate utilizing positive psychology and motivational interviewing, alongside CBT, trauma-informed care, and other modalities to empower you along the way.
My Christian faith has influenced my desire to help people, but I enjoy working with individuals of all backgrounds in a faith-based or secular style, based on your preference.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
Life is moving fast with rapid changes occurring daily. This may be the support you need to gain greater control and balance in your life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
You can expect to feel a release after a session with me. You can expect to have learned something new about yourself, your situation and to have gained the tools to help equip you for the next week.
A week or a few days can seem like a lifetime with the abundance of what occurs daily. Combine that with a lifetime of thoughts and stressors possibly never let out or processed. The session can bring about essential relief to gain the strength to utilize what was learned to continue to the next week.
Finally, you can expect to be encouraged and empowered.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I also think that Marrium is humorous,open minded and authentic. However, I was only allowed to choose two. ?? However, Marrium is amazing! She is a “God-send”, and I have been able to heal a lot since I have been seeing her!
