Much of her psychotherapeutic treatment is based on cognitive-behavioral principles. She uses several therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychoeducation, Behavior Modification, and Family Systems Theory. Deborah has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, schools, and inpatient and outpatient facilities. She has a broad range of clinical experience addressing Depression and Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Anger and Stress Management, Family Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem Issues, ADHD, and Behavioral and Discipline Challenges. Deborah graduated from Montclair State University with a Master's degree in Counseling. She is especially sensitive to social issues that impact individuals and families and is passionate about providing the utmost quality of services to those struggling with mental health disorders. Her goal is to develop genuine connections and instill hope by recognizing and helping develop client strengths. Deborah enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
