I came in for chronic knee pain and Davin quickly figured out what was causing it. He gave me a plan that was easy to follow and made small tweaks each week to keep me progressing. It wasn’t one of those clinics where they just throw exercises at you. He really knows his stuff and actually cares about getting you back to doing what you love.
