I will help you to identify and transform the issues that are holding you back. We often go through life with beliefs about ourselves that are limiting and respond to those beliefs as if they are true. I will assist you in determining how these beliefs came to be, and help you to release them. At the same time, I will support you in discovering a more vital and authentic way of being and help you to manifest this in your life. My approach is to be open to your feedback and to collaborate with you so as to provide psychotherapy that is attuned and responsive to your needs. I use a variety of tools to help you including talk therapy, mindfulness meditation, hypnosis, Jungian dream work, and EMDR (a trauma treatment.) I have served on the Teachers Council of New York Insight Meditation Center and have been on the Board of Directors at the Center for Spirituality and Psychotherapy.

Debra is a very safe welcoming presence. I felt very at ease. She answered all my questions about her theraputic process without sounding either too simplistic or overly formulaic. She is caring, warm but still totally professional in her approach.
