Hi there, I’m DeNai. Do you find yourself overwhelmed, stuck, or hopeless? In such times, therapy can be deeply healing and transformative. I provide a safe, empathic, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to alleviate emotional suffering, identify strengths, change ineffective patterns, and strengthen coping skills to make life meaningful and fulfilling.
I specialize in working with individuals of all ages experiencing trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, and managing life transitions. Together, we will work at your pace to explore, understand, and create positive change. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and communities. Helping people live a better life is my passion.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your healing journey.
