Hello. I am a seasoned therapist with 30 years of experience working with a variety of individuals facing trying times. We all come upon hard times throughout our journey. I believe that having someone in your corner helping with regaining self-care, self-worth, balance amid change, and the courage to forge ahead is paramount when dealing with challenges in this thing called "life." I earned my master's degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, which has greatly shaped my approach to therapy. I am easygoing and sometimes I can be funny. I love my job and feel honored to work alongside remarkable people each day. I learn something new with each and every person and feel that therapy is a collaboration of strengths between therapist and client.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
