I work with adults and professionals navigating trauma, transitions, relationship strain, and spiritual deconstruction—helping you make sense of your story and rediscover your strength. Together, we’ll build clarity, confidence, and the courage to move forward. Let’s begin.
My approach
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, Positive Psychology, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to help clients build awareness, rewrite unhelpful narratives, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. Sessions are conversational and collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are while gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll translate insight into action so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
My focus
Many of my clients are adults and professionals who feel weighed down by past experiences, ongoing stress, or major life transitions. You may be navigating the aftereffects of trauma, questioning long-held beliefs, or finding it hard to feel grounded in relationships and purpose. Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck, strengthen your awareness and self-trust, and create space for genuine confidence and peace to take root.

My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I listen closely—not just to what’s said, but to what’s underneath—and respond with curiosity and care. You can expect honest reflections, gentle challenges, and moments of humor or lightness when they help ease the work.
